Please ensure all hardware is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a processing request.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our 24/7 customer support team via the GlocalMe app or official website to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your GlocalMe device, charging cables, and manuals in the original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is documented and received safely.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 7 to 10 business days.
